Theme: Christmas Carol

REQUIREMENTS

1) ALL ENTRIES MUST PULL A FLOAT DECORATED WITH A CHRISTMAS THEME (Winter Wonderland). Exceptions will be for car clubs with prior approval.

2) MUST HAVE SIGNS: all entries must have a sign or banner with your organization/group’s name attached to both sides of your float.

3) ARRIVE ON TIME: parade floats and vehicles should arrive at the staging area between 4:30 and 5:15 PM.

4) APPLICATION AND FEE: must be submitted and paid no later than Monday, November 27th, 2023.

5) PROOF OF INSURANCE: is required for each vehicle in the parade.

6) SIGNED HOLDHARMLESS AGREEMENT (BELOW)

NOT ALLOWED:

NO SANTA’S ALLOWED. Only the official parade Santa Claus will be allowed in the parade. Multiple Santa’s are confusing to children. No other live Santa Claus characters will be allowed to participate in the event.

NO DISTRIBUTION OF PAMPHLETS, NEWSLETTERS OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS during the parade route or the parade assembly area.

NO WALKING GROUPS except for performance groups (band, dance & cheerleaders).

MUSIC: if a float or vehicle is playing music, it must always be Christmas-themed during the parade.

THE PARADE IS NOT TO BE USED AS A PLATFORM FOR SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS OR POLITICAL PARTIES. It is the express purpose of the parade to promote the celebration of Christmas.
